[01] ORGANIC PIGMENT POWDERS:
Each batch is tested for its tone and strength against the standard. The lot is then tested for different applications like Textile, Rubber, Printing Inks, Plastic etc. and kept reserve for the particular application, to maintain consistency in supply to each field. Equipments being used for the purpose are Muller Machine, Triple Roller Grinding, Vibroshaker, Colour Matching, and Computer etc.

[02] NEOTEX PIGMENT EMULSIONS:
Neotex Pigment Emulsion is standardized for a particular tone and strength, which remains constant as the standard. The concentrated Emulsion of Pigment is diluted to match with the standardized tone and strength. It is then tested for the particular applications. Equipments like Vibroshaker, Mechanism for screen printing, oven etc. are used for the purpose.
